Buster and me

Lukas has always been different because of his strange appearance and insecure way of talking. This has made him the mascot of a small circus where he performs as a clown with his father and his dog Buster.

Lukas loves his father dearly but doesn’t understand why he doesn’t behave like himself anymore. Once upon a time, he was always happy and joking with Lukas. That was when his mother was also there and could fly on a trapeze high up under the tent canvas.

Now, his dad always gets angry at the slightest thing and scolds him for no reason.

Lukas thinks it’s the little bottle he always keeps in his pocket that makes him so different and one day makes him say he wants to get rid of Buster.

A moving, and funny clown show about love and the courage to stand up for yourself in a difficult family situation. It is performed by 2 actors and an endearing circus dog and is suitable for ages 6+.
