It´s mine!

“It’s Mine!” is a puppet performance for the very young, featuring puppeteer Astrid Kjær.

The performance explores greed and ownership within a wondrous and reflective universe. Focusing on young children’s experiences with — and ability to share — it examines how ownership and greed can isolate, but also how community and empathy can bring joy.

The story follows a small creature who collects everything — from tiny objects to big dreams — and ends up alone atop its mountain of things. Only when the creature decides to share does it perhaps find a true friend.
