About Mammalian Diving Reflex:
Darren O’Donnell’s project Mammalian Diving Reflex turns 30 in 2024. He is interested in
power relations, expectations and meeting places for children and unfamiliar adults in today’s
society, where children rarely meet any adults apart from family and teachers. Mammalian
Diving Reflex has showcased their projects all over the world and won several international
awards, e.g. for the work ‘Haircuts by Children’.
