A living, ever-changing scenography unfolds with poetry and humour. Patterns and pictures are in transformation, perhaps a little dot becomes a bird, which then turns into a landscape…

For the youngest children and their adults.

An interdisciplinary solo performance for babies and toddlers, with images, animation and music. A picture book brought to life on stage and interpreted with poetry, warmth and humour.

The performance will take the form of a game played with patterns and pictures that move and change. A sun might, with a few simple shifts, become a tree; a tree might become a person, or a cluster of dots might, through shadow play, become a flock of birds taking flight…
Each element has its own expression, and in the end, a new image appears, bringing together all the elements encountered along the way.
Once in a while there will be chaos, and abstract, beautiful patterns appear, open to free interpretation according to each person’s own imagination. The colour palette starts out in black and white, and then simple colours are added gradually. The reasoning behind it is that very young babies first perceive images in black and white before they begin to see colours.
